7 steps to works towards freedom MMM S1E21
Jul 23, 2024This weekend I hit some new milestones. I was able to cycle to the beach again without causing (further) injury and I was able to explore a lighthouse going to the harbor.
In the video I explain how this came about and which steps I’ve taken. In this post I’ll get into the steps.
1: What’s your goal? What does freedom mean to you?
2: Which milestones do you have set up in place?
3: Create an overview. Where are you now?
4: Recognize your boundaries. If needed take one or more steps back.
5: What do you need to change? Research. Tweak and change.
6: Discuss options with others.
Repeat steps 3-6
7: Evaluate. Look at the statistics. Where are you now? How much progress have you made?
The story I shared with you in the video has to do with my health. You can also use it for other goals you want to achieve. What is your goal? How can you apply these steps?
